From Manual Planning to Intelligent and Automated Logistics
Bioresiduos' management faced high logistical complexity in planning collection routes, which vary according to the frequency and the last visit of each client. In addition, the process of converting these operations into invoices was slow and manual, especially when having to apply specific billing logic for each type of client, delaying cash flow and consuming administrative resources.
With our custom-developed system, we managed to centralize and digitize their entire operation: from commercial management—where prospects register, create their technical sheets, and upon approval, can create requests—to the comprehensive administration of their business lines, such as waste collection and treatment, transportation, and specialized services such as sounding.

Automated Planning and Dispatch (RouteTracer)
We implemented a specialized version of RouteTracer that completely automates work plan creation. Based on business rules such as collection frequency and the date of the last visit, the system generates and assigns optimal routes to drivers, eliminating manual planning and ensuring no client is left unattended.

Client Portal for Total Traceability
We developed an exclusive client portal where each institution (hospitals, clinics) can monitor their scheduled collections in real time and consult the service history. This self-management tool offers total transparency, strengthens trust relationships with clients, and reduces the support team's workload.

Accounting Integration and Bulk Invoicing
We created a direct integration between the operational platform and Bioresiduos' accounting system. Specific business logics were configured for each client type, allowing a massive, automatic, and error-free invoice generation process. This has drastically accelerated the collection cycle and optimized the company's cash flow.
