LG's inbound department manages a high volume of operations and invoices from multiple logistics providers (shipping companies, customs agents, carriers). The manual auditing process was slow, error-prone, and lacked centralized visibility to validate costs against agreed rates, affecting administrative efficiency and precision in import cost accounting.
Additionally, we developed an intelligent bot that allows the system administrator to resolve doubts through natural language. Questions are processed by the bot using artificial intelligence, accessing system information to respond to administrative and operational queries in an agile and precise manner.
Centralized Logistics Auditing Platform
We developed a web platform that centralizes and automates the auditing of all logistics expense invoices. The system allows LG's team to validate each cost against pre-negotiated rates, automatically identifying inconsistencies and streamlining the approval and payment process.
Digitization and Support Upload Module
We implemented a portal for logistics providers or LG's internal team to upload and digitize all invoices and supporting documents. This eliminates paper and email dependency, creating a single, organized repository that facilitates consultation and traceability of each operation.
Integration and Reporting for Cost Analysis
The solution generates detailed reports that provide complete visibility of logistics costs by provider, by import, or by service type. This analysis capability allows LG to make strategic decisions and have precise control of their products' real cost.
