From Delivery Uncertainty to Total Traceability
Coopidrogas' logistics operation faced two major challenges: lack of real-time visibility of the delivery process to their associated pharmacies and constant loss of key logistics assets, such as transport baskets. This not only generated operational uncertainty, but also represented a direct financial impact due to the high cost of replacing lost assets.
Real-Time Delivery Traceability (RouteTracer)
We implemented our RouteTracer module, integrating it directly with Coopidrogas' SAP system, to provide complete visibility of the delivery process. Now, the cooperative can monitor each order from leaving the distribution center until it is received by the associate, guaranteeing total control, reducing uncertainty, and improving communication.
Logistics Asset Control and Recovery System
We developed a specific solution for tracking and controlling baskets. Through the use of mobile tools, the delivery and return process of these assets was digitized. This traceability allowed Coopidrogas to recover their baskets effectively, minimizing losses, and drastically reducing replacement costs.
